ReplyDeleteI really enjoy reading your blog and am finding lots of good info in previous posts. I just want to make sure that Dr. Christopher's herbal calcium is safe during pregnancy? I know he recommended it but it says on the bottle to not take during pregnancy or nursing.

The company now puts that on all the products to protect themselves. People need to be wise in their usage. Herbal Calcium is what I would take during pregnancy. Food based vitamins are more absorbable by the body. Pregnant women need to get enough calcium to protect their bones, teeth, etc. because the body will rob itself of the nutrients to build the baby. That is why so many women end up with osteoporosis, poor teeth, etc.
