This virus is a Respiratory Virus and can be taken care of with herbs. We have lots of formulas that focus on treating the Respiratory system. The below items are in stock and ready to ship! What do you need to keep your family healthy?

Dr Christopher's Super Garlic
Immune     Dr. Christopher's Super Garlic Immune Formula - I have had amazing results with this formula over the years and can highly recommend it for lung related problems. I have taken it as often as every 15 minutes when I was bad off, this formula has saved my life on several occasions. I have a friend’s son who has asthma and several times he was playing at my house and had an asthma attack. The Super Garlic Immune formula would stop it very quickly and he was able to keep playing with no problems. I have heard many amazing stories of people using this formula. Tastes nasty and will save your life!

Dr Christopher's Respiratory
Syrup     For those that can’t handle the strong taste of the above formula, Dr Christopher's Respiratory Syrup is a great option and is more mild tasting. Excellent for fighting toxins and cutting the mucus. Formerly known as Asthma Formula can be taken as often as needed.

Dr. Christpher's Lung & Bronchial formula capsules or extract, and Resp-Free in bulk powder is extremely valuable in strengthening and healing the entire respiratory tract. It promotes the discharge of mucus secretions from the bronchopulmonary passages. It is a very vital formula and a good one to keep on hand and use on a daily basis for people with already compromised lung and bronchioles.

Dr. Christopher's Chest
Formula     I have used Dr. Christopher's Chest Formula more frequently lately because lung problems have been a part of my life the last 30 years. How to retain your hair color naturally!

Dr Christopher's Herb Lectures CDs    Dr. Christopher has the answer for most every problem and he happens to talk about retaining your hair color in the Herb Lectures CD’s.  Yarrow is the herb he talks about using as a hair rinse for people with blonde hair.  He tells the story of women he knew that had beautiful strawberry blonde hair that over the years turned white.  His friend came in one day to see him and her hair was back to being strawberry blonde. She quickly mentioned that she didn’t dye it, that she was reading over her notes about using the yarrow tea as a rinse to bring the color back and was so happy that it really worked! Dr. Christopher also mentions on the CD to use Rosemary tea for darker haired people.
Don and Kathryn Mechling   As I get older I work harder and harder at maintaining my health and looks. I have never liked the idea of dyeing my hair, I can’t stand the smell of the chemicals and don’t want them seeping into my body. About five years ago I decided that I would start using the Rosemary tea to see if I could maintain my hair color. I had some sparklies back then and I still have some sparklies in my hair but I think I have far less now than I did five years ago when I started using the rinse. This photo of my husband and I, Don is 61 and I just turned 58. I think you will agree that the Rosemary tea hair rinse is working!
Making Rosemary or Yarrow hair rinse is easy. I take 8 oz of filtered water, throw in a heaping teaspoon of rosemary and bring it to a boil. I turn off the stove and let it steep for half the day, or whenever I get around to bottling it. I put it into an empty 8 oz BF&C Shampoo bottle, add a couple of tablespoons of apple cider vinegar to it and put it in the shower. One batch lasts me a week. I don’t wash my hair every day, but do shower and wet my hiar and then put the rosemary tea on it. I rinse it out at the end of my shower and let my hair air dry. I love having a natural solution to a real life problem.

What herbs do you use to retain your natural hair color?

I am a people watcher and over the years always noticed that women that color their hair look younger than the women that let it go gray.  I hadn’t really decided what I would do when the time came, but knew that I would prefer my hair to stay its natural color. I never liked the idea of dying my hair and don’t like how it looks when people have the big gray stripe growing and growing until they dye it again.  I also dislike the smell of the dye and the thought of using chemicals never appealed to me.

Dr. Christopher has the answer for every problem and he happens to talk about it in the Herb Lectures CD’s.  Yarrow is the herb he talks about using as a hair rinse.  He tells the story of women he knew that had beautiful strawberry blonde hair that over the years went white.  She came in one day to see him and her hair was back to strawberry blonde.  She quickly mentioned that she didn’t dye it, she was reading over her notes about using the yarrow tea as a rinse to bring the color back.  She was so happy that it really worked! He also talked about a latino man who had gone gray who used it to bring his hair back to black.

I have been using the BF&C Hair & Scalp Massage Oil along the front of my hairline for the past year or so for thinning hair.  I started to notice that I was getting less and less white hair along with the new hair growth.  I decided that I needed to do more for the rest of my hair.  I had in my notes that Rosemary tea works well for darker hair and I happened to have some of the whole herb.  I call my hair sparkly - my hair is coming in white here and there. It wasn’t bad, but getting more and more sparkly.  I decided that since I had the Rosemary I would give it a try.  I made a tea in the usual way, 1 tsp herb to 8 oz. of water.  I put the tea in an old conditioner bottle along with a tablespoon of apple cider vinegar.  Lemon juice could also be used instead of the vinegar, it is a great replacement for conditioner. It detangles the hair folicles, seals the cuticle, and balances the hair’s pH balance.  I use the Rosemary & Vinegar instead of conditioner. After shampooing with Dr Christopher's BF&C Shampoo I put the Rosemary tea on my hair. I leave it in while I finish my shower and rinse it out at the end.  People have been noticing the difference and asking me what I am doing.  Hopefully adding the Rosemary tea rinse will complete the job!

This is so inexpensive and easy to do! So much quicker and easier than dye, and my hair will stay the same color all the time. An 8 oz. bag of either tea from Western Botanicals at Herbs First costs about the same as a box of dye and will last a lot longer!  I mix up a cup of tea and it will last me about 5 days.  It would be fun to hear back how many people try this and how long it takes for their natural color to return.  I am thrilled at the prospect of keeping my natural hair color for life!
