Single bulk herbs are 10% off and it is a great time to
start thinking about making some winter
remedies to help keep your family
healthy. Making your own remedies is very easy
and you get so much more for
your money.
I
have been making Dr. Christopher’s famous Anti-Plague
(click link for instructions) for
over 25 years. I used to make it about once
every two years, but now we are
much healthier and the kids are grown-up, so
a batch will easily last me 10 or more
years. I have used 12 year old Anti-Plague
and it works just as good as a fresh
batch! It might sound a bit involved,
but just break it down into chunks. I would
take 5 days making it and put it
together on the last day. Once you make this
you will feel empowered to make
other things too! Order
the herbs and other
items to make Anti-Plague.
Elderberry

I’ve been making my own
BF&C Ointment for over ten
years. I found that I was allergic to the
beeswax that is in all of the ointments,
so I started making my own ointment using
coconut oil as the base. I use it on
all of my joints and on my face, neck &
upper chest area. It’s keeping my
skin looking great and people
can’t believe that I am now 60! In
this blog post
I was using a smaller bottle of coconut oil.
I now use two 84 oz. bottles of
coconut oil from Costco, melt them, split
the 16
oz. bag of BF&C cut
between two - 2 quart
jars and follow the
same routine using the dehydrator to heat it
for several days to a week. Coconut
oil keeps longer than most oils, so it has
been a great one to use to make the
BF&C ointment.
Here’s a link to our Herbal
Calcium kit. It’s easy, just
order one of each item, mix them together
and you have it! I add it to my
smoothie and you really can’t taste it. A
great way to get a plant-based calcium
for your family.
I have made other
extracts and oils, feel free to email me,
or call me. I love to talk to customers and
am happy to answer your questions!
