One way that I like to use the oils is to flavor water. My favorite is Grapefruit, just a drop or two and you have the most amazing tasting calorie free water. Grapefruit is detoxifying and has diuretic properties. Lemon stimulates liver and lymph activity, it is highly detoxifying and energizing. Lime helps wake up your mind.
