
I came across a
video that just floored me, posted by a guy that calls himself “
The Crazy Russian Hacker”.
The title of the post is
How
to extract a handful of iron metal filings from your cereal, click
on the link and watch it! The photo above shows Total Raisin
Bran that has been blended with water. He then places a magnet on the
bottom of the bag of cereal mash and shakes it around, turns it right
side up and the black particles you see is the iron. This is
iron, like eating shavings from a bar of iron. Do you think your
body is going to use this?? I think not!

it isn’t going to hurt you. I would say that it certainly isn’t going
to help you either! Just one more reason to get off processed
junk food.
